I'm from Canada where even the smallest town has an amazing Chinese food restaurant. I have lived in the USA between nyc and LA for the last 20 years and I have not found anything that compares to Canadian Chinese. What's the difference you may ask? Well besides certain regional dishes like Ginger Beef, it seems to me that the Canadian palette appreciates food that is both sweet AND sour, where as most American Chinese is quite sweet and lacks the vinegar punch to help cut the deep fried foods. This restaurant is in the Valley and I was there for an appt and had a craving so I decided to explore and see if maybe this one would be the one. It's not. But it's close. The Fried Rice was great. I'd go back just for that. The Orange Chicken was good, but I think the addition of extra vinegar in the sauce would give it more punch. The NY style egg rolls were good, but the plum sauce they use here was weak, and didn't compliment them as well as they could. I took 2 out of the 3 home with me and used plum sauce I have and it was much better. All in all I would go back, and I'd be interested to try other things to see if I can find something that hits me sweet (and sour) spot.

My husband and I order delivery from here regularly. Everything we've tried is good. They give sizable portions. On the occasions we've gone in to pick up, everyone is friendly. Super fast delivery.

The food was very good. The service was excellent. Was able to find parking in what can be a crowded strip mall parking lot.
